    Everyday brings in new challenges. There is always something to learn. You are tested by your knowledge experience and the way you are able to manage people.

  4. Your advice to students looking for a career in this field.

    The field is as wide and deep as medicine is, with that many specializations. Any career aspirant in this field needs to develop basic competencies in 3 areas -

    1. IT Infrastructure - Servers, Operating System, Networks, Database, Ethical Hacking, Forensics.

    2. Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, Auditing

    3. Privacy, Cyberlaws, Enforcement. It will take at least 1 year of intensive training and 6 months of industry internship to develop market acceptance. The best part is that this field is open for students even after 12th standard and they can shine before acquiring their bachelors degree.

    1. Robotic Career Automation - Students follow a herd mentality of planning and implementing their career choices, without independent thinking.

    2. Gap between what industry needs and what academic institutions teach

    3. Students and parents want the best quality education and careers, at the cheapest cost or free. This mindset for free or cheap education is leading to decline of university education,
